To initiate a return:
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery
Provide order details and a clear unboxing video as proof
Ship the item back securely in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Once the returned product is received and inspected we will inform weather the refund is approved or not
If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days
